At WK we understand your quality standards and thus take very rigorous measures to ensure that the fabric or accessories delivered to you are in defect less condition.

Hence we would not be able to accept any return except for the reason of wrong order delivered to you.

In case you need to return a product which is not what you ordered, you just need to fill up the Product Return form.

Need to return? Just follow these simple steps: .

1. You can fill up the Product Return form within 48 hours from time of delivery.
2. The fabric “must” not be cut / washed by you and should be in the state as delivered to you.
3. Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unwashed, not damaged and in saleable condition.
4. Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items including original tags and labels.
5. Our logistics partners shall attempt the pickup twice. In case the delivery is not executed in both the attempts due to your non availability / premises locked etc. You shall be charged for the order.
Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

6. Once the merchandise is received back in our warehouse we shall check and inspect the same and your money would get refunded within 7-10 working days.
